Ashlight Sentinel

Umbriel operates on a dual-damage system — Shade attacks reduce enemy damage output, Blazeburst attacks increase damage taken — and weaves both into every engagement. He teleports between ally and enemy sides: dashing to the highest-damage enemy with an invincible multi-hit combo ending in Shade, then warping to an ally to knock back threats and hand off a Luminous Orb that empowers their next attack with a follow-up Blazeburst strike. Once enemies accumulate enough Shade hits, unkillable Shadow clones spawn beside them, draining health continuously. Shadows absorb damage to power up his next ultimate, then terrify nearby enemies when they expire. Shadows copy his dash attacks, Shade strips buff durations and stuns unbuffed targets, and Blazeburst ignores shields. The system feeds itself: more Shade hits spawn more Shadows, more Shadows force more damage and debuffs.

Umbral Radiance

Ultimate

Passively makes his first normal attack a Shade attack, reducing enemy damage dealt. Blazeburst attacks apply Flashburn, increasing damage taken. Active: deals two AoE strikes alternating Shade and Blazeburst.

Dawnchaser

Active

Teleports to an ally near enemies, knocking back and stunning nearby foes. Grants the ally a Luminous Orb that empowers their next attack with a Blazeburst follow-up and boosts Tenacity. Umbriel is invincible during the teleport.

Shadowdash

Active

Dashes to the highest-damage enemy for a multi-hit combo ending in a Shade attack. Umbriel is invincible throughout. Prioritizes targets not yet hit by this skill. All Shadows also dash to the same target.

Shadow Clone

Active

After enemies accumulate Shade attacks, Shadows spawn beside them, continuously draining health in an area. Shadows are immune to control and cannot be killed, up to 5 on the field at once. Shade attacks also strip buff durations or stun unbuffed targets.

Gloamdawn Song

Damage absorbed by Shadows before disappearing powers up the next Umbral Radiance. Expiring Shadows terrify nearby enemies. Shadows copy Umbriel’s normal attacks. Using Dawnchaser or Shadowdash grants a Phantom state that absorbs damage and converts it into a shield.

Blazeburst attacks ignore most of the target’s shield. Shade attacks from Umbral Radiance ignore Defense and extend debuff durations on targets.

Passive: Umbriel’s first normal attack is a Shade attack. AlI Shade attacks reduce the damage an enemy unit deals by 30% for 7 seconds. All Blazeburst attacks apply Flashburn on enemy units, increasing the damage they take by 20% for 7 seconds. These effects do not stack. Active: Deals 2 strikes of damage, each equal to 270% of Attack Rating, to enemy units within range. The first strike is a Shade attack, the second strike is a Blazeburst attack.

Umbriel teleports to an allied hero that has an enemy hero near it, then knocks back nearby enemy units while dealing Dragonspeak Damage equal to 200% of Attack Rating and stunning the enemies briefly. At the same time, Umbriel grants the ally a Luminous Orb, causing their next strike of damage to be followed by a Blazeburst attack that deals damage equal to 180% of Umbriel’s Attack Rating and applies Flashburn. Umbriel is invincible and untargetable while this skill is active. This skill prioritizes allied heroes that have dealt higher damage.

Umbriel dashes to the enemy hero that has dealt the highest damage, stuns them briefly, then deals multiple strikes of Dragonspeak Damage, each equal to 100% of Attack Rating. Umbriel is invincible and untargetable while this skill is active, and the final strike is a Shade attack. This skill prioritizes targets that have not been selected by this skill before.

When an enemy hero has taken a total of 3 Shade attacks, a Shadow will appear beside them for 9 seconds. Up to 5 Shadows can be present on the battlefield at the same time. Shadows are immune to control effects and can be attacked, but cannot be killed from attacks. Shadows emit an aura that inflicts health loss equal to 250% of Umbriel’ s Attack Rating every second to enemy units within range. This health loss is not considered a Shade or Blazeburst attack.

Every time Umbriel uses Dawnchaser or Shadowdash, he gains 4 seconds of the Phantom state, during which 75% of damage taken will be absorbed. When the Phantom state ends, the albsorbed damage will be converted into a shield that lasts for 4 seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
