Overall
Talimar runs a fishing ecosystem where every piece scales every other piece. Her normal attacks apply Bait stacks to enemies, and fish periodically bite baited targets — low stacks deal direct damage, higher stacks trigger poison and resistance shredding. Her companion Baitsy generates swim zones on the enemy side, driving out fish that buff the entire team with crit or damage reduction. Her ultimate pulls enemies together and reels in a massive fish for AoE damage and a stun, with bonus damage based on pull distance. The rod itself levels up as she catches fish: each ultimate cast increases its own future damage, and each fish from Baitsy permanently boosts her attack. Baited enemies take amplified damage from all sources. Everything compounds — more Bait means more fish bites, more fish means a stronger rod, and a stronger rod means harder ultimates that pull enemies deeper into the feeding frenzy.

After a brief delay, she reels in a Giant Abyss Fish from the pool, dealing damage equal to 500% of her Attack Rating to enemies while knocking back and stunning them for 2 seconds. She deals extra damage based on the total distance enemies were pulled during the skill’s initial phase.
