Starlit Solace

Selene operates on a Lunar Phase system that advances through four stages as allies use active skills. Each phase passively stacks attack, defense, and vitality buffs on the entire team. Her ultimate deals damage to all enemies and then grants every phase effect accumulated so far — healing, debuff cleansing, damage-blocking shields, and at Full Moon, a devastating finisher called Moon's Lament. Moon's Lament hits all enemies with armor-ignoring damage and applies Eclipse, which strips a large chunk of current health every time an affected enemy uses an active skill and locks them out of normal attacks. She can also manually advance the phase, summoning battlefield-wide comets that stun all enemies — the first cast each battle hits significantly harder with an extended stun. Her targeted area strike grows in size at higher phases and scales in damage with each comet summoned.

Ultimate

Damages all enemies and activates Lunar Phase effects: New Moon heals wounded allies, Crescent Moon dispels debuffs, Gibbous Moon grants damage-blocking shields, and Full Moon triggers Moon’s Lament dealing resist-ignoring damage and applying Eclipse. Eclipsed enemies lose health when using active skills and cannot use normal attacks.

Falling Stars

Active

Advances the Lunar Phase while summoning comets that damage and stun all enemies. The first cast each battle deals bonus damage with an extended stun. At Full Moon, comets are summoned an extra time.

Passive

Passively enhances all allies based on the highest Lunar Phase reached, stacking attack rating, defense rating, and vitality bonuses per phase.

Lunar Ring

Active

Summons a Moonward Circle at a target location dealing area damage. The area increases at Gibbous Moon or higher. Damage scales permanently with each Falling Comets activation. Targets hit take increased damage from Selene.

Moonlight Seal

New Moon healing extends to all allies. Crescent Moon periodically dispels debuffs from all allies. Gibbous Moon boosts all allies’ attack rating. Moon’s Lament deals bonus damage to enemies on their side and does not reset the Lunar Phase on its first trigger.

Reduces the number of active skill uses needed to advance the Lunar Phase. If Moon’s Lament is not triggered when Selene uses her ultimate, the phase advances automatically.

Passive: Upon entering the battlefield, Selene generates a Moonlit Phantasm. Four Lunar Phases appear sequentially within the phantasm: New Moon, Crescent Moon, Gibbous Moon, and Full Moon, starting with the New Moon first. Once allied heroes use active skills ( excluding normal attacks) a total of 6 times, the Lunar Phase advances to the next. The Moonlit Phantasm disappears when Selene dies. Active: Selene channels Moonlight Arc, dealing damage equal to 360% of her Attack Rating to all enemy heroes, and then gains all effects up to the current Lunar Phase. New Moon: Restores health equal to 280% of Selene’s Attack Rating to the 3 allied heroes with the lowest health percentage. Crescent Moon: During healing, most debuffs are also removed from the allied hero. Gibbous Moon: Grants the healed allied hero a shield that blocks 4 strikes of damage. Full Moon: After healing, Moon’s Lament is triggered, dealing damage equal to 900% of Attack Rating to all enemy heroes. This damage ignores Magic Resist and applies Eclipse to all targets. While Eclipse is active, affected enemy heroes lose 45% of their current health every time they use an active skill, but a single instance of health loss cannot exceed 600% of Selene’s Attack Rating. This effect lasts for 15 seconds and can be dispelled. When Moon’s Lament ends, the Lunar Phase returns to New Moon.

Passive: Each time the Lunar Phase advances, Selene summons Falling Comets, dealing damage equal to 270% of Attack Rating to all enemy units on the enemy side of the battlefield and stunning hit targets for 1 second. Active: Advances the Lunar Phase to the next.

Selene summons a Moonward Circle at the targeted enemy’s location, dealing damage equal to 270% of Attack Rating to enemy units in range. The area of effect is greatly increased if the Lunar Phase is Gibbous Moon or higher.
