Overall
Lethos is built around a self-feeding damage loop. His normal attacks trigger Bone Offering, which applies Rotbrand to shred enemy vitality, buffer, and attack rating. Every time an active skill inflicts health loss, he heals back a portion of his missing health and gains permanent Erosion through Blood Boon stacks. That Erosion fuels his ultimate — Rite of Madness — which converts every point of Erosion into attack speed and lets every single normal attack trigger Bone Offering instead of every third. He locks onto the enemy directly opposite him, strips their defense, and chains knockdowns with control-immune flurries that extend the Madness window. If he takes fatal damage, the whole thing resets with a burst heal scaled to his Blood Boon stacks. The longer he fights, the faster and harder to kill he becomes.

Bone Offering
ActiveEvery few normal attacks triggers an enhanced strike dealing health loss, knocking back, and applying Rotbrand. Rotbrand stacks reduce Vitality, Buffer, and Attack Rating. Targets with zero Buffer take increased health loss from Rotbrand.
Private Judgement
ActiveLunges at target with an extended knockdown, unleashing a multi-hit flurry with control immunity. Using during Rite of Madness extends its duration. During Madness, each strike also inflicts health loss and applies Rotbrand.
Feast’s Aftertaste
ActivePassively heals a portion of lost health when active skills inflict health loss, gaining Blood Boon stacks that permanently increase Erosion (up to 10 stacks). Actively strikes frontal enemies to shred their Attack Rating.

Boosts damage reduction during Rite of Madness. Locks onto the opposing enemy at battle start, reducing their Defense and amplifying damage they take.

Lethos teleports to the target, facing the direction with the most enemies, and enters the Rite of Madness state for 12s. While Rite of Madness is active, Lethos’ Atack Speed is boosted by 1 for every 1 points of Erosion he has, and the number of normal attacks required to trigger Bone Offering is reduced to 1. If Rite of Madness is already active when this skill is used, then the health loss it inflicts subsequently is increased by 40%.
Passive: After every 3 normal attacks, Lethos’ next normal attack is enhanced. Lethos swipes the blades of his left hand, infiicting health loss equal to 240% of his Attack Rating on the target while knocking them back. Lethos then moves forward slightly and applies Rotbrand on the target, reducing their Vitality and Buffer by 3 points each (capped at 8 stacks). Lasts for 12s and can be dispelled.
Lethos lunges at the target, knocking them down for an extended duration while unleashing a frenzied flurry of strikes, each dealing damage equal to 120% of his Attack Rating. Lethos is immune to controls for this skill’s duration.
Passive: Each time Lethos inflicts health loss on a target using an active skill, he recovers health equal to 50% of his lost health and gains 1 stack of Blood Boon. Each stack of Blood Boon permanently increases his Erosion by 3 points ( capped at 10 stacks). Cannot be dispelled. Active: Lethos spews a mist of blood from his chest, striking frontal enemies multiple times, with each strike dealing damage equal to 80% of his Attack Rating, while also reducing the Attack Rating of targets hit by 30% for 8s.

Enhances: Damned ProtocolWhile Rite of Madness is active, Lethos Damage Reduction is increased to 60%.
Bone Offering’s Rotbrand effect also reduces the target’s Attack Rating by 35%, but this effect does not stack.
When a target affected by Rotbrand suffers health loss, if their Buffer is zero, the health loss is increased by 50%.
While Rite of Madness is active, each time Lethos triggers Bone Offering, the duration of Rite of Madness is inereased by 2 seconds.
Upon entering battle, Lethos will target the enemy hero directly opposite himself and chase them. The locked-on targets Defense Rating is reduced by 40%, and they take 40% more damage.
When Lethos uses Feast’s Aftertaste actvely, he recovers 60 Energy for every enemy unit hit.
When Lethos suffers fatal damage, the damage is blocked and he recovers health equal to 50% of his max health. For each stack of Blood Boon he has, he additionally recovers health equal to 10% of his max health, along with 100 Energy. Can only trigger once per battle.
If used while Rite of Madness is active, then each strike of damage inflicts additional health loss equal to 80% of Attack Rating. When Lethos uses this skill, he gains a shield worth 70% of his max health.
If this skill is used while Rite of Madness is active, then each strike of damage will also inflict health loss equal to 60% of Attack Rating and apply 1 stack of Rotbrand. Each time Lethos inflicts health loss on a target using an active skill, if his health exceeds 50%, he gains a shield worth 40% of his current health. Each time Lethos takes damage equal to 10% of his max health, he recovers 100 Energy.
