Overall
Icariel is an aerial ranger who cycles between ground and airborne stances, amplifying team-wide damage through Vulnerability and Potential Energy. Her ultimate spends all energy to go airborne — invincible, untargetable, and immune to controls — dealing repeated AoE and gathering enemies before landing with a stun. Excess energy and each airborne launch generate Potential Energy, which boosts active skill damage and fuels her kit’s strongest effects. While airborne, Dual Stances spends a stack to mark all enemies with Vulnerability, and Weakpoint Strike enables ally attacks against Vulnerable targets to deal max-health-based damage. On the ground, Weakpoint Strike shifts to personal bonus damage, and Wind Ward catches heavy hits by negating the damage and launching Icariel back into the air. Spending Potential Energy shifts Tenacity in her team’s favor and blocks healing on marked targets. She opens battle with an immediate ultimate.
Skills
Whirlwind Leap
UltimateSpends all energy to dash into the densest enemy cluster, going airborne — invincible, untargetable, and immune to controls — while dealing repeated AoE that gathers enemies. Lands with a stunning dash. High energy extends airborne time and stun duration, and excess energy generates Potential Energy stacks.
Dual Stances
ActiveDeals damage to the lowest-health enemy and inflicts Vulnerability, increasing damage they take. While airborne, targets the nearest enemy with follow-up attacks. With Potential Energy, spending a stack applies Vulnerability to all enemies.
Weakpoint Strike
PassiveDeals bonus health loss to Vulnerable enemies while grounded. While airborne, enables ally attacks on Vulnerable enemies to deal max-health-based damage. With Potential Energy, extends Vulnerability duration on hit.
Wind Ward
PassiveTriggers on heavy single hits — negates the damage, knocks the attacker airborne, and launches Icariel into the air with invincibility. Lands dealing damage and gaining a shield. With Potential Energy, prevents Weakpoint Strike targets from receiving healing.
Signature Item
Skystrider Cloak
Spending Potential Energy boosts allied Tenacity and reduces enemy Tenacity. Icariel starts battle with max energy and can ultimate immediately, ignoring controls.
Furniture
Capacity Boost
Increases Potential Energy stack cap. Going airborne automatically generates Potential Energy, and each stack boosts active skill damage.

Every 20s, Icariel spends all of her Energy to dash into the area with the highest concentration of enemies, then leaps up and spins to create a whirlwind that gathers enemy units within range, inflicting 3 strikes of damage, each equal to 350% of her Attack Rating. While airborne for 5s, Icariel is invincible, untargetable, and immune to controls. After Icariel lands, she dashes into the area with the highest concentration of enemies, dealing damage equal to 350% of Attack Rating to enemy units and stunning them for 2s.
Icariel deals damage equal to 250% of her Attack Rating to the enemy hero with the lowest health percentage while also inflicting Vulnerability, increasing the damage the enemy hero takes by 20% for 4s. If Icariel is airborne, she locks onto the nearest enemy hero and launches 4 follow-up attacks on them.
While on the ground, Icariel's attacks on Vulnerable enemy heroes inflict extra health loss equal to 300% of her Attack Rating. While airborne, the following effect can be triggered once every 0.5s: allied hero attacks on Vulnerable enemy heroes inflict health loss equal to 3% of the enemy's max health (capped at 180% of Icariel's Attack Rating).
While on the ground, if Icariel takes damage exceeding 20% of her max health from an enemy hero in a single strike, she becomes immune to that damage and knocks the attacker into the air, dealing damage equal to 280% of her Attack Rating to them and going airborne for 3s. Icariel is invincible, untargetable, and immune to controls while airborne. Upon landing, she deals another strike of damage equal to 280% of Attack Rating and gains a shield equal to 360% of Attack Rating for 4s. This effect can be triggered once every 18s.
