Overall
Cassius is a scaling tank who grows permanently tougher the more damage he absorbs. Every hit he takes increases his max health and healing received for the rest of the battle, and once his health exceeds an attacker's, the surplus converts into additional damage reduction. He taunts the entire enemy side of the field, forcing them to focus him while reducing their damage output and stacking Indecision — a debuff that degrades accuracy and insight, eventually locking enemies out of casting skills entirely. His ultimate creates an Equilibrium zone that grants allies damage reduction and continuous healing while enemies inside accumulate more Indecision. When he takes fatal damage, nearby enemies simply stop fighting while he rapidly regenerates. Enemies in his zone also lose haste and energy recovery, grinding their offense to a halt.

Ceasefire Decree
UltimateCreates an Equilibrium zone granting Cassius and nearby allies damage reduction and Buffer while healing over time. Cassius receives greater benefits. Enemies remaining in the zone accumulate Indecision stacks.
Diplomatic Maneuver
ActiveWhen Cassius takes fatal damage, becomes immune and forces nearby enemies to stop fighting while rapidly regenerating health. Enemies are inflicted with Indecision when the effect ends. Triggers periodically.
Ancient Insights
ActiveTaunts all enemies on their side of the battlefield, reducing damage they deal to Cassius. Inflicts Indecision stacks that lower accuracy and insight. At 3 stacks, enemies are unable to cast skills.
Dragon's Defence
PassiveEach hit taken permanently increases Cassius's healing received and max health. When his max health exceeds an attacker's, the surplus provides additional damage reduction. Periodically retaliates with Dragonspeak Damage and a stun when taking damage.

Grants damage reduction per surviving ally. Extends normal attack range to deal max-health-based damage. Increases damage dealt to enemies with Indecision, amplified further for Dragonspeak Damage.

As Cassius’ scroll spins and rises behind him, it embeds into the ground, marking an area where his allies are clustered and activating Equilibrium. This area primarily covers himself and lasts for 8 seconds. Allies within range are granted 20% Damage Reduction and 20 points of Buffer, while Cassius himself is granted 50% Damage Reduction and 50 points of Buffer.
When Cassius takes fatal damage, he avoids taking the damage and remains immune to subsequent damage for 2 seconds. Enemies within range of Cassius immediately stop fighting for 4 seconds, during which Cassius recovers 10% of his max health per second. This skill can only be triggered once every 15 seconds.
Cassius lectures and taunts enemies in their half of the field for 3 seconds. Enemies who are taunted deal 30% less damage to him and are inflicted with 1 stacks of Indecision for 6 seconds, lowering their Accuracy by 15 points and Insight by 15 points with each stack. If the same enemy has reached 3 stacks, they cannot add any more stacks and the duration of Indecision will not be refreshed.
With each hit of damage, Cassius permanently increases his healing received by 1 points, up to 30 points max, and boosts his max health by 1%, up to 30% max.

Enhances: Eternal ResolveFor every surviving allied hero on the battlefield, Cassius gains 3% damage reduction.
For every surviving allied hero on the battlefield, Cassius gains 5% damage eduction.
Increases Cassius' Normal Attack range, dealing damage for 2% of Cassius' max health.

When enemies have 3 stacks of Indecision, they are unable to cast their skills.
When Cassius takes damage, he triggers Dragon’s Might, dealing Dragonspeak Damage for 20% of his max health to the enemy who inflicted the damage and stunning them for 2 seconds. This effect can only be triggered once within 4 seconds.
